Wearable Art

All pendants are individually created in my studio using a multistage process. For the murrini and reactive pebble pendants, several times in the kiln, layering glass, silver leaf, and dichroic glass result in highly interesting design sheets of colorful glass. Once out of the kiln, I use a diamond wet saw to meticulously cut the pendant shapes and smooth the edges using a diamond wet grinder. The teardrop glass pendants are created in my kiln by melting glass until it is molten. Once the teardrop shape is achieved, the top is cut off with a diamond wet saw. I wire wrapped each design with handmade glass disks to create a truly unique drop pendant.
