This powder coated base plate augments the metal garden stands sold with fused glass inserts. The legs of the garden stands slip into the supports in the base plate and are secured with screws on each leg to make the metal stand secure. The stand base is 11"x6" and weighs 4.5 pounds. This is a great way to display the glass garden stand fused glass artwork on a flat surface like a patio or inside your home.
